CloudHire Candidate Platform – Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CloudHire Candidate Platform (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

The CloudHire Platform is designed to be safe and accessible for users of all ages. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.​

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you may need to register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Notify CloudHire immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.​
  
  

4. Services Provided

CloudHire offers the following services to candidates:

• AI-Powered Job Automation: Automated applications to relevant job postings.
• Resume Optimization: Generation of ATS-friendly resumes tailored to job descriptions.
• Skill Assessments: AI-driven video interviews and skill tests.
• Job Matching: Personalized job recommendations based on your profile and preferences.​
  
  

5. Use License

• CloudHire grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You may not:
  • Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on the Platform.
  • Use the Platform for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Platform.
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the Platform.​
    
    

6. Subscription Plans and Payments

CloudHire offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees associated with your chosen plan.
• Allow CloudHire to charge your payment method for recurring payments.
• Notify CloudHire of any billing discrepancies within 30 days.​
  
  

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform’s operations.
• Upload or transmit any harmful code or content.​
  
  

8. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of CloudHire or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. CloudHire makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.​

10. Limitations

In no event shall CloudHire or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Platform, even if CloudHire or a CloudHire authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.​

12. Termination

CloudHire reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at its sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Platform.

12. CloudHire Refund Policy – Only applicable on Gold plan (previously known as Guaranteed Pack) 

1. Refund Eligibility:
   Customers are only eligible to request a refund if all of the following conditions are met:

• The customer has completed at least 6 AI interviews through the CloudHire platform.
• The customer has achieved a minimum score of 75% on CloudHire’s required skill assessments.
• CloudHire has failed to distribute the customer’s resume for job opportunities despite the above conditions being satisfied.
• The refund request is submitted within 30 days of purchase.
  
  

If any of these conditions are not met, no refund will be issued.

2. Service Usage and Refund Ineligibility:

• If the customer has not completed at least 6 AI interviews, they are not eligible for a refund.
• If the customer fails to achieve 75% on CloudHire’s required skill test(s), CloudHire will not distribute their resume and no refund will be issued.
• Once resume distribution or premium service activation (e.g., resume optimization, portfolio building, interview prep) occurs, the sale is final and non-refundable.
  
  

3. How to Request a Refund:

• Customers must email support@cloudhire.ai with the subject line “Refund Request – CloudHire Gold”.
• The email must include:
  • Full name
  • Registered email address
  • Proof of 6 completed AI interviews
  • Proof of skill test scores (provided automatically by CloudHire)
  • Reason for refund request
    
    

Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days.

4. Exceptions:

• If CloudHire experiences a technical failure preventing access to services (outside the customer’s control), CloudHire may offer:
  • A full refund, or
  • A service credit/extension at CloudHire’s discretion.
    
    

5. Final Discretion:

• CloudHire reserves full discretion to approve or deny any refund requests.
• Decisions are final and not subject to further appeal.

13. Changes to Terms

CloudHire may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
