Return Policy: CloudHire Job Board

CloudHire is committed to providing a valuable service for both recruiters and job seekers. However, due to the digital nature of our products (credits, seats, and assessments), all sales are final and non-refundable.

This policy applies to all purchases made on the CloudHire platform, including:

  • Credits: Credits purchased by recruiters for posting jobs and accessing premium features.
  • Seats: Seat packages purchased by recruiters for simultaneous job postings.
  • Assessments: Fees paid by job seekers to take aptitude or skills assessments.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. While we cannot offer refunds, we will consider exceptional situations on a case-by-case basis. Here are a few examples:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience a technical issue on our platform that prevents you from using your purchased credits or seats or completing an assessment, please contact our support team within seven days of purchase. We will investigate the issue and work towards a resolution, which may include extending access or providing alternative options.
  • Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase credits, seats, or assessments multiple times, please contact our support team immediately. We will verify the duplicate purchase and may issue a credit to your account.

Please note: These are exceptional circumstances, and refunds are not guaranteed. To request a review of your case, please contact our support team at info@cloudhire.ai within the specified timeframe mentioned above.

CloudHire reserves the right to modify this policy without prior notice. The most current version will be available on our website.

Here are some hypothetical situations where you might consider a refund (remember, these are not guaranteed):

  • Technical Outage: The CloudHire platform experiences a significant technical outage that prevents users from accessing their purchased services for an extended period.
  • System Error: A system error prevents a recruiter from correctly using their purchased credits or seats to post a job.
  • Double Payment: A job seeker’s credit card is accidentally charged twice for the same assessment.
